Our agriculture program is based on the needs of both the Fresh and Frozen Markets; reception of freshly cut vegetables and fruits are supported under the same Quality Control structure. From the moment the product is received, the following process varies depending on the client’s SPECS. Both plants, fresh and frozen produce are physically separated, in order to maintain a logic sequence of activities per process.
Frozen Process: IQF
Fresh Cut Process: Pre-Cooling and Packing.
